Cartridge Tool & Paslode Operative Training:


The Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations 1998 (PUWER), requires that any employee who uses work equipment must be adequately trained for the purposes of health and safety.


The aim of TFS Ltd is to train people in the skills and knowledge needed to achieve the standards of competency required to carry out the pre-use inspection and safe and correct use of powder actuated cartridge tools in the workplace ITW Construction Products, manufacturers of Paslode and Spit nailing tools are offering operator training sessions for all professional tradesman and contractors using their Gas or PAT Nailing Systems. The free sessions provide on-site training and certification in the safe use and maintenance of all the company's fastening systems.


The on-site training sessions also ensure that employers meet the Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations (PUWER), which stipulates that any equipment provided at work, must be used only by people who have received adequate information, instruction and training.
